What started as a passion for cooking for family and friends grew into a mission to bring authentic Texas barbecue to events across DFW. For years, I've been obsessed with authentic Texas barbecue — learning the craft, refining techniques, and chasing that perfect bark that inspired our name.
At BARK'D BBQ, every event is personal. Whether we're serving 20 guests or 200, we approach each cook with the same attention to detail, quality, and hospitality we'd expect for our own family.

BARK'D BBQ is coming to you in person. Our food trailer is planned to open Fall 2026 in Justin, TX — Wednesday through Saturday, with outdoor seating and walk-up service.
This is just the beginning. As we grow, we plan to bring BARK'D BBQ to more communities across North Texas.
